Electrical Ring Main Unit Panel is designed in 11 KV or 33 KV HT with three switches to enable users to utilize 2 sources of power at the identical metering point. This is available in a completely sealed design having gas-insulated switchgear unit. The 2 incoming are used with electrical or mechanical interlock. In addition to this, 1 out going switch is utilized for the load. It is widely used in secondary distribution system to attain an uninterrupted power supply. Moreover, it also provides protection to secondary side transformer from any unpredictable transient current.
